
My name is RJ Stewart — founder of Run Jump Squat Fitness in 2012. Born and raised in Wyoming, my journey in fitness started back in 2006, when I earned my first personal training and nutrition certifications at Western Wyoming Community College (ACE and NASM). Since then, I’ve worked with all types of clients — from busy parents to active seniors — all with one mission in mind: to help them feel better, move better, and live better. Whether you're just getting started, starting over, or simply want a change, I’m here to meet you where you are — with support that’s real, approachable, and proven to get results.

The Free 28-Day Reset is your chance to hit restart and build real momentum. For 28 days, we focus on the fundamentals that actually create change—moving your body daily with a 10,000 step goal, introducing simple but effective strength training exercises, adding in cardiovascular work, and dialing in your nutrition with real, whole foods that support gut health, reduce inflammation, and improve energy. This isn’t about restriction or extreme dieting—it’s about building sustainable habits you can stick to. You’ll also have weekly check-ins with a coach to keep you accountable, consistent, and moving forward. The goal of this reset is simple: build strong foundations, create discipline, and prove to yourself that you can show up daily. If you commit to the 28 days and follow the plan, you will feel better, move better, and start seeing noticeable change.
