A little about me ..

My name is RJ Stewart — founder of Run Jump Squat Fitness in 2009.
Born and raised in Wyoming, I’ve spent the last 19 years helping people become healthier, fitter, and happier in their everyday lives.

My journey in fitness started back in 2006, when I earned my first personal training and nutrition certifications at Western Wyoming Community College (ACSM and NASM)  . Since then, I’ve worked with all types of clients — from busy moms to active seniors — all with one mission in mind: to help them feel better, move better, and live well.

Whether you're just getting started, starting over, or simply want to feel good again, I’m here to meet you where you are — with support that’s real, approachable, and proven to get results.
